A little bit of history...
Established at its present site in Eastbourne in 1838, Haine & Son Funeral Directors has been Eastbourne's pre-eminent funeral directors ever since. With a history in funeral service so similar to that of the Field family, it is understandable why the Haine family chose C.P.J. Field & Co. to carry on its proud traditions.
The photograph below shows Mr Haine and his colleagues at the original funeral directors, today's building stands on the same site.
Our funeral fleet:
The Haine & Son funeral vehicle fleet is easily identified by their colour and by their make. It is a Haine & Son tradition to utilise silver-grey vehicles, rather than black. In addition to the relatively unusual colour, Haine & Son utilise an exclusive Rolls Royce fleet of funeral vehicles.
